Our name is inspired by the spirit of Huron County, where we’re rooted. Harbour reflects the lakeside communities along Lake Huron - places of connection, gathering, and calm. While Harvest represents the farming roots and hardworking communities that shape our region. Together, they symbolize the balance of bringing people together (like a safe harbour) and celebrating the bounty of local connections (like a harvest). Our planning services embrace that same spirit: grounded, welcoming, and designed to bring people together seamlessly.

Absolutely! Though based in Huron County, we proudly serve clients throughout the surrounding counties as well. These include Stratford, London, Kincardine, and beyond. Also available to travel to Ottawa.

Our pricing is based on the type of service you need, the size and scope of your event or project, and the level of support required. Whether it’s full planning, day-of coordination, or volunteer management, we tailor each package to fit your needs so you’re only paying for what’s truly helpful. We’re always happy to chat and create a customized quote that works for you.

Yes! Along with in-person planning and coordination, we offer virtual support for many of our services. Whether you need help organizing timelines, coordinating volunteers, managing vendor communications, or handling behind-the-scenes details, we can provide guidance and support online to keep everything running smoothly, no matter where you’re located.

The sooner, the better! Booking early ensures we can secure your date and start planning without any rush. For full planning or volunteer management, we recommend reaching out at least 6-12 months ahead.

For day-of coordination or smaller events, 3-6 months is usually perfect. That said, we’ll always do our best to help, even if your timeline is shorter!
